When looking to make money online, surveys are one of the ways you can do so. There are several UK survey panels available offering different rewards and some have the options of payouts by paypal.

I joined My Survey around 3 months ago, and I can verify that this site does reward you. I recieved a Capital Bonds voucher after around two weeks of requesting it. Although the downside is it took a long time to get to the amount where I was able to request payment.

In my experience survey sites such as this one are a good way to make a little bit of money on the side but the time and effort it takes you to get there can leave you wondering "was it worth it?".

Be prepared to be patient and don't expect to be able to make money fast. Sites like these can be quite misleading. You sign up thinking it's a good idea but the process is long and draining.

If you have the patience to stick at it this survey site could be for you. The first step you have to take is to fill in a quick sign up, then you'll be able to log in with your own username and password. You are allowed to tweek the interface of the site, for example instead of the standard green colour you could choose to have a purple theme which comes up when you log in.

When filling out your profile you provide your address and which parts of the site you wish to participate in. When you get to filling out surveys you fill out brief forms called 'lifestyle surveys', these are designed to find out more about you and check for your suitability. This way if a survey suits you you will have the option of taking it.

Surveys are also sent to your e-mail account, so even if you don't log in regularly you can see when surveys are available to you. If you were not to match the criteria required of the survey, you recieve entires into the monthly prize draw, so you don't lose out either way there is an incentive for completion of any surveys. Taking mini polls also gives you the chance to be entered into the prize draws.

Onto the rewards, there are several options to choose from: payouts into paypal account (only verified accounts), i wasn't able to choose from this option as mine isn't verified; it takes several days and you have to write down the amounts paypal has deposited. Vouchers for high street stores such as argos, whsmith, boots, capital bonds (which i personally used at whsmith, but you are able to use at a selection of high street chains), homebase, peacocks, comet, mothercare, bhs, newlook and many more. You are also able to donate your points to charity. Or if you have a big selection of points there are audio items, sporting items toys and more.
I recommend the rewards system but don't think much of the items you can save the points for, I don't think there's enough selection and they don't seem that good. The vouchers and paypal and charity donations seem like the best way to spend your points in my opinion.

The surveys can be on any kinds of topics from food to sports. It all depends on your profiling. The surveys are BORING, but you just have to think that it's to build up your points and look forward to the result you'll be getting in the end.

Overall I think this website is easy to use, simple and what you'd expect from a survey site. It's probably the best i've found to date, but it's disappointing that it takes so long to get your points up. Join this site if you have time to waste but don't expect big rewards, it's a long long process.
