Advantages Price was a bit cheaper, but beware!!
Disadvantages Shocking delivery time and communication!
I bought my winter tyres through Mytyre.co.uks 12 days ago. I was told that it would be 4 days delivery, they actually got delivered yesterday after 11 days! 2 tyres were ok but 2 were the wrong size so have been sent back, now I've got to wait for the correct ones to be sent, which I'm presuming will be another 11 days. 3-4 weeks to get a new set of tyres fitted is absolutely ridiculous, I will never use them again and I'll make sure no one I know uses them either...Etyres, Blackcircle or Kwik Fit for me from now on!!
Their communication skills also leave a lot to be desired, 5 emails were unanswered and telephone calls were not answered.If you want to keep your sanity, I would stay well clear!
