This is a review of the customer service, rather than the products this company offers. I have used their products in the past and was actually satisfied with the quality, and the price. Which is the reason I decided to purchase from this company again. This was a grave mistake! The package arrived without my name on it and I was unable to claim it. I contacted the company and was told that it would be sorted out, but it wasn't. So my package was returned back as unclaimed. Naturally, I asked for a refund, since the products were sent back. I bought avocado oil from this company and what arrived did not resemble avocado oil at all. Avocado oil is one that has deep colour and smell - but this oil had neither. I thought it strange, but ended up ordering a smaller bottle for my mother for a gift....when this smaller bottle arrived it was totally different from the first batch as this time it did indeed look and smell like avocado oil. I've been buying from Naturallythinking for 8 years, they have always been beautifully nice to me on the phone when I've had a question to ask and the products have been of the highest quality. I find them comparable if not better than many premium brands on the high stree but a fraction of the cost. I pay less in delivery charges now then when I was buying from them originally and yet my order quantities are much bigger, so they have really kept costs down when many other sites I buy from are much dearer. I have ordered a few oils and bottles from them. Some of the bottle descriptions on the website were not clear, so I sent and additional email specifying which one I wanted, and also canceled one oil that I already had. I have received no reply, so I sent the email to another of their email addresses. The package arrived, and of course with the wrong bottles. I called them, no reply. I emailed them, and they replied they have not received any of my emails (but they received the last one, strange). I paid with Paypal so I opened a dispute.
