Beware of Netflights- In January my partner and I booked two tickets to fly to Kenya as part of our continuing volunteer project there. We were all set to go until we found out three days before that both tickets were booked under one name- meaning that I could not use that ticket to fly. There is absolutely no way on Earth that my partner and I, sitting at the same computer, filling in the booking together wrote her name twice- we are frequent flyers ...

So we had to cancel both tickets, ruining the chance to do so much good- Netflighs have no remourse and are putting us through their usual drawn out complaints procedure :-(
