Advantages: A fast site that's also makes it easy to find the polyphonic ringtone you're after. Disadvantages: At the time of writing this they only have about 200 polyphonic ringtones.

I enter "J Lo" and it listed all of the "Jennifer Lopez" songs.

The order process is a little long winded the first time you order from the site, but once your phone is set-up repeat purchases are a doddle.
I've not had any problems receiving my purchases so I can't comment on whether their customer service process is good or bad.
