Next.co.uk is an online catalogue in which you can order from a vast selection of products. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have never been disappointed by their excellent customer service and delivery.
The site is very user-friendly and set out clearly. For those who are having difficulty using the site there is a help button which has FAQs and useful information.
For every section of clothes, shoes etc there is a large variety of styles and sizes to choose from. I have bought clothes from here before, and have rarely had to send anything back. On one occasion something wasn’t as fitting as I’d hoped but the style and fabric were lovely.
The Brands tab includes designer names (which are expensive might I add!). I haven’t bought anything from here as I’m not a fan of highly priced clothing!Electricals has a massive selection of stuff from domestic appliances, computers, cameras the list goes on. I have bought a camcorder from here which arrived safely and promptly which I was happy with. The price was a bit steep but I’m happy to pay more for quality.
Sport has sporting goods and clothing which I can’t say much about as I have never purchased anything from this section!Home and Furniture is fab! I bought a sofa which, depending on the sofa has a healthy selection of materials and colours to choose from. Also I ordered a swatch of the material and colour before I bought the actual sofa, just to be on the safe side!
I particularly like the offers tab where I can view all the available offers and sale items in the one place!For those with a less than impressive credit history, you can open a credit account with Next without any credit checks. There is an interest rate obviously but It isn’t too high in my opinion.
Checkout is simple and delivery options are available. The one thing I will say is some of the products are a bit expensive but other than that everything’s grand!Hope this has been helpful to you : ) Mel x

I often use next onlline for a higher rating it might help if you explain the cost of delivery and how quickly you can get your goods and maybe that you get an account which if you don't pay all at once is charged interest etc. Just trying to help
