Advantages: Some good performances in a reasonable thriller
Disadvantages: Too opened out, and the baddy realy does stink

2 fast 2 furious is obviously the folow on from the movie fast and furious, to completely understand the storyline you are better off watching the first film before watching this one but if you just want to watch this one you will still be able to enjoy it as the storyline isnt hard to follow. ...transport a shipment of dirty money for a dodgy miami based importer/ exporter. During all of this he is actually working under cover for mendes to bring vernon down in an attempt to get his job in the police force back, to see if he suceeds you will have to watch the film. Alexander was great, we know that, but this story goes no way into telling us the conquest of Egypt, the history of the man in this country- his greatest conquest - and the story of the bits in between. Advantages: More realistic Snakes achieved with CGI rather than foam rubber as in the original
Disadvantages: Lacks originality or suprise, each turn of events is as predictable asa ticking clock

Anyone who watches the original film nowadays will notice how outdated the effects are and in this area the sequel has succeeded. The CGI representations of the snake are much scarier and less comical than the originals' props. But good graphics can't save this film from it's sub standard plot line and predictable events, zero to hero fisherman and the deaths of most of the cast are all too familiar in films like this ('deep blue sea' or the third ...
...and are just looking for a laugh then this film is good for a bit of action and giggling when you see a man swallowed whole by a rediculously sized snake or watch with bated breath another snake bares down upon a paralised man. Of course there's a valid reason why Chan's character stole this Buddha, as often is the case in these type of movies he stars in, it turns out that the Buddha figurine had originally been stolen from his hometown in China and if it isn't returned to its rightful home, then it will face a bleak future. hence his reason to join Fogg, so he can return it when they reach China. ...
