It also really helps with moisturising my skin so I don't get horrible flaking skin, which is not a good look on holiday (or anytime!) I find that it absorbs in to the skin really quickly and is really effective in cooling burnt areas and moisturising. last year i was going on holiday to spain, and needed a high uva protection sun lotion, with insect repellent, as im so used to getting bitten. I went to boots, and bought soltan with insect repellent, seeing as it was on offer, buy one get one free. It comes in a 200ml bottle, (orange) with a small spray on cap. Although it says water resistent over 3 times on the bottle, after reading the small print, it still says apply after contact with water. ...

...The best thing about Clarins After Sun Moisturiser is the fact that it enhances the tan. After a couple of days of using it I found that my tan was much deeper and more golden than normal. Where I normally had little patches where I hadn't tanned properly on my forehead the tan was unbroken and really pleasing.
