Not so safe Clippasafe harness
Review of Clippasafe Standard Baby Harness and Rein by mumagain

Advantages: None
Disadvantages: Poor design, breaks easily

...I can not dispute that Clippasafe have produced a quantity of quality safety goods for young children and babies. But when it comes to these I would strongly avoid them and go for something made with stronger materials, such as leather with metal catches. I can not comment on how these perform when it comes to using these for walking a toddler. All I can say is that a child will tug and pull you into every direction but the one you want to go, so ... Being a Little Explorer
Review of LittleLife Explorer Baby Carrier by Pittypomm

Advantages: Freedom from the Buggy, Very Adjustable
Disadvantages: Hard to try out, Expensive

**************** Littlelife Explorer Child Carrier **************** Child carriers are a nifty little invention which allow you to carry your child around on your back - hopefully in relative comfort. They are very similar to normal backpacks in their variability in cost, size and design. We have always enjoyed walking, usually just long ambles around the English countryside, but occasionally we have tackled mountains as well. We didn't want to ...
...not thank you. **************** Littlelife **************** Littlelife is part of the same company as Lifeventure (who make backpacks, sleeping bags, camping gear and that sort of thing) and Lifesystems (who make first aid kits, mosquito nets and other things to keep you safe when you're off adventuring) so they boast a significant amount of experience in hard wearing materials and carrying technology. They make five different types of baby backpack ... Read review

Baba sling
Review of baba sling Babaslings Baby Carrier by samantha2312

Advantages: Discreet nursing
Disadvantages: Not good for long babies

I bought this as an aid to breast feeding in public when my baby was only 2 weeks old. This was great at first, but once my baby got longer (he is a very long baby) we struggled to use it. It seems like my little one is squashed up, but still great for discreet nursing on odd occaisions whilst out and about. There are plenty of different positions to try and can be worn on both sides, and they are all explained in a handy little booklet with easy ... Read review

BEST carrier for toddler (beats bjorns, sarongs!)
Review of Hippy Chick Child Hipseat by JaneFrances

Advantages: No back/arm strain, easy to hoist kid on/off, easy wash and wear.
Disadvantages: Not fashionable... but who cares?!

My only regret about this seat is that I did not buy one earlier! This is going to be a long, detailed review because I am in love with this product and I KNOW it looks kind of weird so I'm going to convince you how good it is! My son is a very heavy baby and my back and arms were suffering terribly carrying an 11kg 10 month old around. I bought this when he was 12 months old and nearly 12kg and it has completely changed my life for the better. ...
...it. I can now get so much more done with my baby on my hip with NO STRAIN. Even though you have to support baby with one arm, you can still have 2 hands free. Another great thing is that it is easy to put on and off, no fiddly tying, rings or long swathes or fabric to wrestle with! I just take it off and hang it on the handle of my pram or diaper bag when not in use. I even wear it around me permanently on some trips out, not high-fashion, but as ... Read review

wouldnt be without it!
Review of Tomy Freestyle Classic Baby Carrier by emma29879

Advantages: easy to use comfortable to wear
Disadvantages: not so easy to adjust once on

i bought this in desperation one day while shopping in meadowhall. my little one screamed blue murder in the pushchair so this was a last resort buy. we chose this one purely because it was the cheapest one in mothercare at £24.99. i really liked the colour which was also a big plus. having taken it out of the box in the shop we set about putting it on my husband.fitting it on yourself is very easy.there is a velcro waistband and then a large plastic ...
...then fasten the velcro and clip on your left hand side, very simple. i would say however it is not the easiest to adjust once it is on and i would reccomend you get someone to help you adjust it the first time you use it. once you are in it is time to put little one in. again this is very easy to do on your own. the baby carrier section has a velcro fastening each side and a small plastic clip. i usually leave one side fastened slot little one ...
