...the case that it has only been designed for occasional use. The manual advises that the blades can be easily removed for cleaning. We found the blades stuck fast and it impossible to remove the blades on all 3 blenders we owned. The preset controls make it really easy to use. Its a real shame we can't seem to get a working one.
