An easy to use hand blender
Review of Braun MR 4000 Multiquick Advantage by Jonesy160

Advantages: Easy to clean, easy to use, easy to store
Disadvantages: none

**The Blender** I bought the Braun MR4000 from Argos for £19.45. It's lightweight and made of plastic. The bottom half which houses the blade is detachable and it has two speeds. It's designed in to reduce splashing too. You also get a 600ml beaker with lid to do your blending in. It also has a soft grip section so if you're doing a lot of bledning all in one go it's not uncomfortable to hold. **The controls** This is so simple to use. All you ...
...of the two buttons depending on whether you want high or low speed blending. There's nothing more to it than that. **Cleaning** Th fact the bottom half is detachable makes this so easy to clean. You literally twist it off and clean the blender mechanism. You don't put the electrical part anywhere near the water. And the bottom section is even dishwasher safe. **Safety** The fact that this is a blade at spinning at high speed means it's not likely ... Read review

A good all rounder
Review of Braun MR4000 by victoriarichardson1

Advantages: Can tackle all kitchen blending needs!
Disadvantages: Would be good with additional attachments

This is a really handy item to have around the kitchen. You will be suprised at how many uses you can find for it. Essentially it will be mainly used for chopping, whisking, blending etc but it can handle most products with its hardy blade. It is really good to plug in and whisk up soups etc straight on the hob but can also be used in its own container which it comes with. Its easy to clean (just got to be careful of the blade) as you can detach ... Read review

good blender but only available in white
Review of Braun MR5000 CA by fido100

Advantages: top notch blender
Disadvantages: only available in white

I’ve been really impressed with this variable speed blender. Not only is it easy to use but it’s also great fun to whizz around when you’re cooking. When my girlfriend is in the other room while I’m cooking, I often blend stuff just to sound like I’m doing something exotic! Many readers compain (and quite justifiably) when you don’t put in stats about a product, so here goes: The beaker has a very snugly fitting lid. There is a fine chopper attachment ...
...dried cabbage. An antisplash shaft is fitted as standard. A wall holder is also included. I believe it’s only available in white, which is a pity. My kitchen is predominantly maroon and puce and I’d love a blender to match. The whole thing is very easy to clean. PRICE: around 35 pounds sterling, though you can pick them up at some markets for under twenty. I’d advise going to a proper place so that you get the guarantee though. These things ... Read review

Did the job for as long as i need it
Review of Haden 13723 by Jemma_C

Advantages: Very easy to used and disassemble
Disadvantages: Broke after a few months

I bought this product from asda supermarket when i started giving my sons solids. I bought it when he was 4 months old, he is now 9 months and the blender has been broken for about 2 months. When i first bought it, it was fantastic did exactly what id hoped for. It comes with the jug so all i did was put his food into the jug and when he was on smooth food i blended it for ages and when he started eating lumper food i just didnt blend it for as long. ...
...to use it and the blade from the middle would screw into place properly so it kept falling out and wouldnt spin, which in turn ment it wouldnt blend. I suppose i could have over used it as i used it roughly 2-3 times a day but personally i think it should have lasted slightly longer. (Even though i wouldnt have used it any longer as my son eats proper food now) Apart from it breaking though it was very easy to use, everything comes apart so it is ... Read review

Blend away!
Review of Kenwood BL 335 by shaheena

Advantages: easy to use
Disadvantages: looks boring

...really value for money. Kenwood BL 335 might look really bland and boring but, it does the job as the expensive and stylish ones available now at the market. This blender is very easy to use, easy to clean and is very effective at its job. Now i will tell you why this product is better then other expensive blenders around and convince you to buy it...here goes...: Kenwood BL 33 is a 1 litre blender used to prepare food. Its a liquidizer which ...
...very easy to clean, just use liquid and water and rinse. Overall Kenwood blenders performance is really could and that why i recommend anyone that has a broken blender of doesn't have one, not to waste money on expensive blenders and buy one like this because its really good. ... Read review
