Advantages: Very easy to used and disassemble
Disadvantages: Broke after a few months

I bought this product from asda supermarket when i started giving my sons solids. I bought it when he was 4 months old, he is now 9 months and the blender has been broken for about 2 months. When i first bought it, it was fantastic did exactly what id hoped for. It comes with the jug so all i did was put his food into the jug and when he was on smooth food i blended it for ages and when he started eating lumper food i just didnt blend it for as long. ...
...to use it and the blade from the middle would screw into place properly so it kept falling out and wouldnt spin, which in turn ment it wouldnt blend. I suppose i could have over used it as i used it roughly 2-3 times a day but personally i think it should have lasted slightly longer. I bought this smoothie maker a couple of weeks ago, and am very happy with it. It's a nice design with a brushed aluminum base and simple dial. I use it to make fruit, yogurt and ice smoothies, however, you can use it to make margaritas, ice-blended coffees, milk shakes and even soya milk!! (I will explain later). ...not the removable blade). There is a separate filter that you can put in where the measuring cup is kept (not in photo, but it would be in the centre of the jug). This allows you to put fruits that contain seeds or skin that you don't want 'blended' in your smoothie. By using the filter you can also make soya milk! We purchased this blender to make smoothies and vegetable soups. We are on our third blender in 3 months due to various faults. Blender 1. ...the case that it has only been designed for occasional use. The manual advises that the blades can be easily removed for cleaning. We found the blades stuck fast and it impossible to remove the blades on all 3 blenders we owned. The preset controls make it really easy to use. Its a real shame we can't seem to get a working one.
