Korres Guava Body Butter
Review of Korres Guava Body Butter by leendp7

Advantages: Healthy glowing nourished skin
Disadvantages: none

The BEST product by Korres Natural Products, and in my opinion the BEST Body Butter on the Market. I'm hooked on the whole range, but the Guava Body Butter is my favourite. I love the Guava smell. It is free of mineral oil, silicone, propolyne glycol, and ethanolamines. It consists of a combination of vegetable oils which are very compatible with the skin. The first time I tested it in a shop and was a bit sceptical with it's greasyness, but that ...
...on my feet just before bed. It restores dry and chapped skin over night. It comes in 150ml, and you only need a drop the cover your whole body. I buy my Guava Body Butter religiously at the Korres store in Chelsea. It retails for 11.50 ... Read review

A Shea delight!
Review of L'Occitane Pure Shea Butter by law3

Advantages: Softens, moisturises & repairs. 100% natural & organic. Longlasting tin.
Disadvantages: May seem too expensive.

I discovered L'Occitane accidentally, whilst on holiday in France. I'm a shopaholic and I wandered into one of their brightly decorated shops, drawn in by the lovely fragrances coming from inside. Since then, I've been a devoted L'Occitane user. You may not have heard of L'Occitane before, or of Shea Butter, so I'm going to start off with a brief history. L'Occitane was founded in the South of France in 1976 and its popularity has spread so that ...
...organic ingredients in their products. L'Occitane cite their core values as: 'authenticity, simplicity, sensory pleasure and respect for people and the planet'. Now, onto the main focus of this review: Shea Butter. It originates from the kernels of Shea tree fruits in West Africa, which are harvested, dried and ground into a fine paste which then becomes Shea Butter. It is this, and this only, which fills L'Occitane Shea Butter tins. If you look ... Read review

DOVE RANGE
Review of Dove Range by Geone7

Advantages: Very creamy and kind to skin smell's nice too.
Disadvantages: Although it's smell fresh could last a little longer in fragrance to the skin

A creamy soap that's very gentle on the skin, I've found it's not a bad soap it can be very soapy and bubbly full of suds but it's what you are use too, still a good clean and creamy soap to use, and now also available in a number of different Fragrances to choose from smells fresh too and you will find the soap will last a while before finishing I also found that it doesn't leave clumps of soapy bits on your skin, I still think though that although ... Body butter.. good enough to eat
Review of The Body Shop Range by lesley007

Advantages: moisturising
Disadvantages: doesn,t last as long as would like

I love the wide range of fragrances available in "Body Shop" body butters. The coconut is absolutly fabulous. One whiff and you are transported to paradise.. memories of beach holidays and happy days. My skin loves it and just soaks up the moisture which this cream just oozes. My only critism is it just doesn't last as long as I would like it to. You really need two tubs if you want it to last the life of the shower gel and body lotion.. perhaps ... Read review

Flying Out of My Lush Collection
Review of Lush Flying Fox Temple Balm by kalliemaile

Advantages: None in my opinion its HORRIBLE !!
Disadvantages: Where do I start ? Its too strong, makes me feel ill, is expensive, I could go on ....

The latest item in my Lush collection is the Flying Fox Temple balm and I must say I am not at all impressed. I have a few of the little pots of fragrence, my favorite being Honey I washed The Kids, I also have Potion which is lovely. Lush make 2 sorts of fragrences in little metal tins, one lot is called solid fragrence, however some are called temple balm, to me they all seem the same though, solid creams which have aromas of different Lush products. ...
...things I have tried from Lush and I can go into detail about the loveliness of the product, not today Im afraid ! The balm comes in a 10g screw top metal tin, the cost is £4.25. The product itself is a creamy colour with a hint of pale orange, it is easy to use, just rub your finger over the top of the cream and then rub it on your wrists. The scents used for this are Ylang Ylang and Jasmine, I like these smells however they are not my cup of tea ... Read review
