This is brilliant processor for its small price. In fact i like it so much, im writing this review using it right now. It is really easily over clocked using the right mother board. Personally, i have overclocked to 2.5Ghz using a cheap Gigabyte motherboard and an arctic cooling freezer 7 pro heat-sink fan unit. I have found that it is brilliant for multi-tasking. ...obviously depending on case cooling and heat-sink fan, its not too bad. In my computer i have 3 additional 80cm fans for cooling as well as the heat-sink fan and im peaking at 45 degrees Celsius. The only disadvantage i can see with the CPU would be the L2 cache size. At only 1GB its not as fast as the Core 2 Duo CPU's but at this price its worth it. ... Read review

I have had this processor in my PC for around 7 months and it is probably the best value processor around. I put it i my first ever build and it was very easy to install and very fast,probably the fastest PC I had ever used! After a few days I messed aroung with overclocking and this is when I really unlocked its potential. I don't really have a clue about memory timings etc. so anything extra I could get out of it the better. I could get it up ...
...but its now sitting at 3Ghz as it has been for 7 months and it flies! I have played quite a few games with it including COD4, PES 2008, FIFA 08, GTA SA, Half Life 2 and more, very smoothly. Disadvantages: Not HT, L2 Cache could be bigger, Easy to install if you know how.

I've had this processor for nearly two years now, and following a cost benefit anaylsis, I still don't see the point in upgrading. It's a perfectly capable processor, and teamed with 1GB of memory, it performs well. Theres not a lot to say about this processor, and what will be said will be extreamly boring. ...style interface meaning it is only comaptable with socket 478 motherboards(Though i believe you can buy an adapter for 478 chips to make the work with socket LLG775 motherboards - the newer but not newest design). The processor is 32-bit, has 512kb of L2 Cache and a FSB equivalent to 533mhz.
