Basic ally.... I'm poor...!?

Advantages: cheap, warm and does squash in my rucksack

Needs souping up a bit

Advantages: Low price, plenty of vegetable pieces
Disadvantages: Overwhelmingly tomatoey in flavour, salty aftertaste.

Advantages: Very low in fat - less than 1%
Disadvantages: too spicy
