...an attractive book filled with 100 of the best loved nursery rhyme. It is a lovely book to share with your child or would make a lovely birthday or christening present for someone else. The BEST book I have read on Colours for toddlers
Review of Amazing Colours - Miriam Stoppard by mummy2harry

Advantages: Bright photography, simple text, sliding squares
Disadvantages: Nothing at all

Not a teletubbies book review at last! Lol, well this (and another Miriam Stoppard book I shall review shortly) is the latest addition to my son's bookshelf, but I decided to go for something a little more educational this time, so when I saw these advertised at a cut-down price on the Red House website, I put in an order quick sharpish. The title of this book kind of explains its content, "Amazing Colours", the book takes you through lots of colours ...

All About Your Munchkin!
Review of DK Lift the Flap: All About me by BecksterMas

Advantages: Flaps to lift
Disadvantages: None

OVERVIEW This is a super book for babies and toddlers from Dorling Kindersley. Children will love the brightly coloured pictures and lift up flaps. They will associate with the pictures of young children and their day to day activities. It is a hard board book- this makes it easy for little hands to turn the pages and also makes it more durable. It is one of a few lift the flaps books ive had where the flaps havent been damaged- there are nice finger ...
...very useful. The language is very basic, with most pages just having keywords on. DETAILS The first two pages are about 'My Body'. There are pictures of three children with their body parts clearly labelled, great for older children who are starting to read. There is a part all about movement, with flaps that lift up to change the movement, for example from running to stretching. Children reading the book can try copying the movements themselves. ...
