This is the best bit of kit I have ever brought. It is so easy to use and the best thing is it works for coffee and tea. I am not a big coffee drinker but love my tea. Put in two tea bags and fill jog to level 8 and makes 8 lovely cups of tea and saves on tea bags too! It has a hot plate that keeps the tea hot for about 1 1/2 hours and it makes the coffee or tea really quickly too. Much faster than a kettle and without the hassle of straining tea ...

My husband bought me the Senseo coffee maker for a Christmas present 2006, I must say it was one of the best things he has ever bought me.I love my coffee and have used it most days and more than once a day since. Same happened to me. After 5 days the machine stopped working, was then replaced quickly. And then after 2 month this one stopped working as well. I wrote to the manufacturer and received this reply: May we advise that this company sell seconds, therefore cannot be expected to last the normal product life. It has a swing out filter tray which takes any filters and is removable again for easy filling and cleaning.
