...all of Woody Allen's films, Zelig is most probably one of the least popular with regards to its number of viewers in modern day society. I would recommend everyone to watch this film as it is one of Allens' best and especially to anyone who studies cinema as it is very important with regards to the history of cinema, in particular comedy. Advantages: Good Family Comedy
Disadvantages: A bit predictable

This film starts with two families. The first a single father of 8 who is an Admiral and runs his home accordingly and the second a single mother of 10 who is free spirited and believes that a home is for expressing yourself freely. ...along and except the others way of life, and unsuprisingly after fighting with each other decide to join forces in an attempt to break up their parents marriage. I didn't really think this was anything special but it did have me laughing along in places. I found it a good easy watching film that you could happily let the kids see. ...it would have to be Young Frankenstein. Remember Dr Frankenstein, creator of the hideous monster in Mary Shelley’s classic story? ...doesn’t it? Far from it. Young Frankenstein takes the Shelley classic, turns it on it’s head, pokes fun at it and has us screaming, not with fear, but with laughter. Filmed in black and white you could be forgiven for thinking that this is an old 60’s horror movie at the start. It was actually made in 1974 and has a fabulous cast.
