I purchased a Alba DVD62XI from Argos about a year ago as I wanted a cheap DVD player than played recorded DVDs. This is the cheapest I could find (based on other reviews that it played copied discs). The DVD player worked fine for about 3 or 4 months before I started having issues. The Aitro DVD player is a very simple compact product, which is perfect for people either on a budget or in need of a small DVD player which will save space. It cannot record, but for around £15-20 it is still a bargain. It is very easy to install, as only 3 wires have to be plugged into the DVD player itself and 3 into the TV. ...as an expensive DVD Player, as I haven't experienced any techincal difficulties to date. As with most up to date DVD players it can play CD's and MP3s. It can be a bit quiet when playing DVD's but the only thing necessary to solve that is to turn up the TV.
