...it mixes with it, however dove silk dry has a great smell, which isn't too ever powering, so if you were perfum, then you can only smell the perfum. Does it leave white powder? I have not noticed any white powder on any of my clothes, even on black, therefore i would say no it doesn't. Why did i buy it? Well only because my usual brand wasn't available.
