...not difficult to sort out, apple store sorted it out within 30 secounds of me speaking to their staff. Great all round experience. I have upgraded the ram to 4Gb, I found loads of better deals than the upgrade offered by apple (its a bit extortionate when you see how much cheaper the same memory can be obtained elsewhere). I bought my iMac as I my "PC" was due for replacement and had become unreliable. A few of my friends have iMacs and I was instantly grabbed by the design and ease of use when I sat in front of one.
