...exclusivity... the fact that only Apple make them (as I'm aware). P.S. I've never had to deal with customer support directly from Apple so dont know hoe good it is.. they're website is very good though with loads of info on their products, for current users and for customer support (upgrades, patches, faq's etc) ... ...faster speed. For those people, apple is their only choice. If they use PC, the color will not be displayed correctly. I will bring trouble for publishing. The apple's GUI and the apperance design are all far more better then other operation system and other desktop computer. It can be called a art, not a commercial product. I personally have all ppc g4's in my house and the 775 MHz is so faster its like 1.25Ghz. Also these macs never loose any of there value and you can resell the mac if you wish not to keep it in the future. The macs design is unlike any other PC on the market i have seen.
