this machine is a reliable and fast, in the year i have had it it has only crashed a few times, and that was mainly because i tried to run far too many programs at once. however, while some people may like the plain black design, i find it rather bland and lifeless, also the lack of DVD writer drive limits the usefulness of the tower, and the UBS ports are hard to access.
