I have found that it tends to crash and slow down at the most ridiculous times, and it gets incredibly irritating. Rather than staying away from it altogether though, just wait for the next service pack. Its a pc worth having a little pricy for me but for the support that is given incase there are any problems with it, so it is good, speed too is good. I recently upgrade from a 1.5Ghz G4 stealth upgrade Mac Mini to the Core 2 Duo 1.83 Ghz mini and I am very impressed with the performance improvements.
