I have found that it tends to crash and slow down at the most ridiculous times, and it gets incredibly irritating. Rather than staying away from it altogether though, just wait for the next service pack. this machine is a reliable and fast, in the year i have had it it has only crashed a few times, and that was mainly because i tried to run far too many programs at once. however, while some people may like the plain black design, i find it rather bland and lifeless, also the lack of DVD writer drive limits the usefulness of the tower, and the UBS ports are hard to access.
