We purchased our Mesh Computer in July 2004. It wasn't delivered until 17days later, which didn't concern us as we were told when we ordered the desk top that it was going to be built for us to our specifications so would take a bit longer. I purchased the 'October 2003 Mesh Matrix 2500+ TFT' system and it arrived a few days ago. Curiously (this review written on 21st September) this precise system is no longer available, although equivalent and doubtless slightly better value systems are now available under the subtitle November 2003! Bought my PC from Mesh in Ocotber 00 because they had a good reputation and the spec looked great. Nothing but hassle since, and I am not the only one, judging by recent media reports. Took over 7 weeks to deliver and then without a monitor. That came another 3 weeks later and only after over 40 calls to MESH. Their customer service system is very poor. Take over 20 mins to answer and then only to log the call, promising to get back to you within ...

...your money and go elsewhere, mesh will rob you blind!! I bought a brand new gaming PC in august 2006. The sales rep I dealt with seemed very helpful and put together a very competitive deal. They even beat Dell's offer on the same spec system by adding 2 graphics cards for the price of one. When the PC arived two weeks later as promised I was very excited as this was my first PC.
