...not difficult to sort out, apple store sorted it out within 30 secounds of me speaking to their staff. Great all round experience. I have upgraded the ram to 4Gb, I found loads of better deals than the upgrade offered by apple (its a bit extortionate when you see how much cheaper the same memory can be obtained elsewhere). Memory was easy to replace took me about 3 mins. This is the only upgrade for this system so no future mucking about with new ...

The system itself is lightning fast, comes with iLife which will cover most of your needs, I also bought iWork for an extra £55 which is kind of like office but looks much better and still does what most users will need. I still have a PC laptop, but can't wait to change it for a mac also. Can't see me ever going back to a PC now, the Mac experience is just so much more complete and so much less frustrating. ... I love my iMac. I have been a PC person all of my life, but now i am converted. The only downside is that within three months of getting it a new (very, very, very beautfil) model was launched - oh well that's the risk when you buy any technology now a days. I love the big bright screen, the amazing graphics and the superb operating system that just rocks. My wife uses the iMac for her photography work and the processor eats up anything she demands ...

I work on PCs at work and the Microsoft stuff is completely compatible with the PC stuff which means there are no issues in operating two systems. Also, if you get Leopard you can run Boot vamp and the iMac can be a mac and a pc. ... Read review

I bought my iMac as I my "PC" was due for replacement and had become unreliable. A few of my friends have iMacs and I was instantly grabbed by the design and ease of use when I sat in front of one. Some of this is due to the software that comes pre-loaded onto the iMac. I went for the 2GB version with the 2.66 Processor as the prices had just dropped. Where can i start with this product, its faultless in my eyes. Everything from the price to the design is amazing. You get 2.4GHz which is pleanty for anyone using this at home, but could possible by auchward if you have lots of application open. Also there is no mess at all unlike other desktop pcs as the imac only has one wire excluding the mouse and keyboard all of which you have the option of purchasing wirelesss ones.
