...poor light without the flash. Olympus prides themselves on this cameras 7x optical zoom but the truth is the zoom is not that good. The high megapixels allow you to zoom and crop creatively on your pc or laptop and if this is the camera you choose then I would suggest you stick to that option because once zoomed over half way this camera looses much of its picture quality and any movement is very apparent so the use of a tripod would be a necessity. ... A wonderful camera for the price. You can spend thousands of dollars for camera with all of the bells and whistles that you will no nothing about though out your ownership of the camera. This is a great camera for all levels of experience, but mainly for the weekend photographer. It's light weight and has everything you need to produce a magnificant peice of art. This machine will be your best friend. Especially if you don't have a mobile that take photos. You can carry with you easy cause to the small size. Perfect image colours for the daylight photos but not the same for the night especially if you try to take photo people further than 2 meters due to the week flash.
