I purchased this camera based purely on its spec and only one review I could find on the net and thankfully I was very pleased with it when it arrived. It is lovely and small but has a great 2.4" colour screen which is nice and big for framing up those all important shots. I have been more than happy with his reccomendation ever since, having found the camera very easy to use, but also capable of taking very high quality photographs. ...of polarising filters difficult. Canon do not supply lens hoods with their lenses and, unless you opt for cheap alternatives, are quite expensive to add on. To get the best from the resolving capabilities of this excellent camera one really needs to go for the more up-market Canon lenses and they don't come cheap.
