Everything is done automatically but if you want to get more out of your camera you will have to delve through the manual which isn't always too helpful. Advantages: Sleek small design, pocket sized, with easy to use menus even for beginners
Disadvantages: screen is a slightly small but is alright, and the video mode can't record upto long lengths of good qualtiy moving pictures.
