Zenderis
Advantages: small, easy to use, light & cheap
Disadvantages: small LCD, low brightness
...Video quality isn't the best but if don't have camcorder or video camera it will good for you. I think the best soliution of benq is the meniu with 12-language support capabilities. In conclusion i can say that this camera is the best buy for the rookies in digital photography. ...

I STILL love this camera
Review of Canon PowerShot A460 by
lizzielocky
Advantages: Super Macro function, price
Disadvantages: Battery life
...naturally - on my old Canon A40 there was no playback sound). "In Conclusion"
The only real negative is the speed with which the two AA batteries are consumed, but that's my fault for not buying rechargables. This model is smaller & lighter than earlier versions, but functions are not sacrificed. Do buy an extra memory card, otherwise your enthusiasm for taking 5 megapixel photos will be swiftly thwarted by lack of space. The x4 optical zoom is ... ...you're contemplating a career as a paparazzo, probably unnecessary most of the time. There are a few other functions and changeable settings, but I can't find the manual to remind myself of what they are! So this review comes with a caveat: It concentrates on the elements I use on a regular basis and is not exhaustive. I've also undermined what was going to be my final point: Read the manual! As far as I can remember it is well written and informative, ...

Simply great digicam
Review of Canon PowerShot A530 by
osswald
Advantages: Not too big, not heavy, uses SD memory card
Disadvantages: Batteries
...camera comes with a CD containing different (trial) software for editing and printing your photos. I personally use Picasa, which works perfectly well together with this camera.
On the overall, I'd say it is a product worth considering especially as Canon has a lot of experience in the photographic sector. ...

Fun, cheap and good quality
Review of Canon PowerShot A550 by
iwanttobeadragon
Advantages: Small, portable, easy to use, good image quality
Disadvantages: Lens cover flimsy
This is one of Canon's budget range of digital cameras, one of the better ones, 7.1 mega pixels and 4x optical zoom all for around £150-£200 depending where you go. The photo quality is good for the price, it is a basic outfit, there arent many extra functions and its far from top of the range, but it is a nice family camera and definatley does the job.
It is a really good size, chunky enough that you can always find it and it is easy to hold steady, ... ...coat pocket; it wouldn't fit in your jeans. The lcd display on the small side, but I think it does the job, any bigger and they tend to use a lot of battery and it does have the added bonus of a view finder which is always useful in dim light. The only problems I have found with the general 'construction' of the camera are firstly that if you hold the button down to take a photograph in slightly the wrong way it can activate the zoom and secondly, ...
