Sanyo Xacti E60 - Style and substance !
Review of Sanyo Xacti VPC-E60EX by Bigdavel

Advantages: Great image quality. 3 x Internal optical lens. Impressive 3 inch screen.
Disadvantages: Average and limited flash.

The sanyo Xacti E60 is the successor to the popular E6 - but the few additional functions make this a useful and desirable ultra compact camera to own ! As with the E6 - the 3 inch screen and 3 x konica minolta non-protruding optical lens are excellent ! The menu system is simple to navigate, it takes SD cards and the movie mode is great quality (if not a little greedy on memory !). The ultra fast touch sensitive focus shutter is clever and the ...
...improvements to this range of Sanyo cams. Picture quality still remains very good with clear images and really good colour reproduction. Lowlight performance is adequate with the limited flash . The E60 appears marginally smaller than the E6 - both being the size of a bar of soap ! Its stylish and easy to use - and will impress your friends with its versatility. In short, a camera worth owning ! ... Read review

A great starter camera
Review of Kodak EASYSHARE C663 by choccogirl75

Advantages: Easy to use
Disadvantages: doesn't look as sharp as some other cameras

...cameras for holidays (an older kodak and a canon) and decided it was time to invest in my own. Although it doesn't look as smart or slimline as some others like Sony its size does make it easier to use as you can get a good grip on it which means you take better pictures and you don't drop it! Its great for people who have limited use of their hands, my mum has arthritis and can work this one easily. Is also great because as you change features using ...
...screen, great if your eyesight is poor as the images on the wheel are small and if you can't remember what they all represent. The screen is a decent size, 2.5 inches on the diagonal- not as big as on Sony but you can see everything you need to and also use it to view your pictures comfortably afterwards. You can choose the picture quality you want (up to 6 megapixels) and can do all the normal things like on any other digital camera like blank and ... Read review

...* CANON iMAGE GATEWAY² You'v got lots of presets as a option for more professional users as a Aperture Priority Mode, Shutter Priority Mode and so on. A decent camera
Review of Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T9 by willi287

Advantages: Ultra Compact and looks great
Disadvantages: Bad in low light

:: Background :: I recieved this camera as a present. I was very interested in it and my girlfriend soon caught wind of this. She paid £230 for it imported from America which included customs tax. This review is for the casual or ameteur photographer. My views on this review come as a casual photographer with the need for photos for general use such as parties and web graphics to holiday snaps. :: The Package :: Upon opening the box the contents ...
...A battery inc charger, Documentations and instructions, PC connection cables. The camera does not include a memory card but does come equipped with internal memory (58mb, about 20 hi-res images), but there is a expansion slot for a memory stick duo ( I bought a 2gb one from eBay for £15, which is an amazing deal. Camera shops still sell 256mb ones for £40!) The battery life of the camera isn't that great for a compact. If you are planning on taking ... Read review

Advantages: No more blurry images
Disadvantages: No view finder

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX9 is a great little 6M camera full of handy features with an optical zoom of 3x with a possible 4.1x. It has a very large clear LCD display so you can share your photos with your friends without printing off. There is a great selection of preset scene modes e.g. Portrait Sports Food Night Scenery Night Portrait Baby Soft skin Candlelight Fireworks Party Snow Starry Sky Self Portrait There is also a macro mode ...
...You have the option of shooting in 4:3, 3:2, 16:9 mode, which is great if you want to display the photos on your widescreen TV (cables supplied). This camera works great as a simple point and shoot, or for the more advanced you can manually adjust: White Balance ISO sensitivity aspect ratio Picture size quality AF mode shutter speed colour effect picture adjustment. The cameras Image stabilization system has got to be the best feature with ... Read review
