While not knocking Scott Speedman's performance as Tom, he just fails to stand in the same light as Marsden. ...your whole attention. Where 24th Day fails is in the flashbacks, this method works well in some movies but fails dismally here. I often find myself looking forward to the flashbacks in movies to see the story progression; here we have a series of brightly lit images that only come together in the final few minutes.
