The quality of the acting is incredible, and the plays, although all in the seemingly confusing Shakespearean language are accessible due to the talent of the actors and their outstanding performances. Although some, like 'King Lear', have times similar to the sections on the heath which drag, the relationships between the characters and their warped intentions are cleverly but boldly outlined. Without a doubt, The West Wing remains one of the finest shows ever to be aired on television. The superb cast and excellent writing is unparalleled, even after Sorkin's departure. The fact that many Americans would prefer Bartlet to Bush is testament to its quality. I would, without question, give a full 5 stars for this product, but it seems a tad pointless when there are only a total of seven seasons and the full seven season boxset can be purchased ...
