...over the phone, I called CIA head office, and the staff booked it and confirmed with my instructor within 30 mins. I had no contact with the office until the instructor called a few days before my lesson to confirm. Needless to say the second test was almost perfect. I just wanted to let people know if you want a school that will work with you, will not hassle, has straight forward policies and is always polite and friendly choose CIA. MY friends ... Read review

hello..I joined this school. But they want the money upfront. Like u have to give them the full 65 quid even though u havent had the lesson yet. . This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. I started taking lessons with BSM in June of last year. I was excited to be learning how to drive at last. I was also confident because I knew BSM was one of the more reputable driving schools and also my husband had passed first time with them. My driving instructor was nice enough and knew his stuff. ...I wasn't too impressed with BSM on the following points: 1. I was not allowed to book a test until my instructor 'sanctioned' it. Yhis was inspite of having had over 40 hours of lessons and him telling me how impressed he was with my progress. 2. My instructor was quite unprofessional at times. 3.
