I've had this for about a year now, and it is a very good shaver at such a budget price. The king of shaves when you have money to burn would be an expensive Philips, but if you are money conscious, this is better than the Phillips models that are similarly priced. ...when using a foil from a rotary is that this shaver feels smoother and glides accross the face more freely, and generally feels more pleasant than a rotary. The only drawback, is that it takes longer, and due to the linear path of the blades as opposed to a rotary, you will probably find you need to go over the same spot in 2-3 different directions to get all the hairs.
