this album i'm sure will go down in histroy and be remembered for a long time in one way or another. many may have only heard a few tracks from leftfield without even knowing it. eg the guiness advert with white horses trampling through the waves of the sea 'phat planet', one of the best known songs on the album. this album is definitely much heavier than their earlier album 'leftism', its a great album to dance to but may not be everyones cup of ...
...prepared for alot of bass and some amazingly funky electro sounds, then look know further. these guys pretty much co-founded UK house with Orbital. i love this album and would highly recommend it, the remixes cd is also worth a listen, but i'm sure that will get its own review in time. kings in my eyes. ... Advantages: This is a mix of dance and chill
Disadvantages: I expected more from the album

This is only my second review EVER!! I purchased this album on a bit of a whim really, a quest for new tunes to lend my ears too!! This is at times very dancey and yet very chilled out. My personal favourites are "Trim", "Twist" and "Sola Sistim" - all three tracks are of a somewhat chilled out nature. I often listen to this album to unwind and re-charge the batteries. There are the released songs of "two months off" and "Luetin" which i am sure ...
...The weakest song in my opinion is Ess Gee - it is very much a nothingness!! The song "Dinosaur Adventure 3D" is a song that i am sure still get played 4 years on at big club events. And where can you purchase this album - i purchased it at CD-Wow for 8.75, however it is normally on offer at HMV for the two albums for ......... Advantages: Nice variation of electro, house, disco and techno
Disadvantages: Camp overtone

One of the many infamous DJ Kicks albums, this one from the electro king of camp - Tiga. Tiga's, from Canada been around for many years, owns his own electro/house label called Turbo. I have been a fan of his music and mix CD's since I started gaining an interest in electroinc music. ...in the series. The style of it is mainly electro house with hints of disco and techno thrown into the mix, all tracks seemlessly mixed together in a nice progressive order. There is also quite a camp element in the album as he is prone to getting on the mic and singing a few lyrics. ...I preferred instead to buy classic albums (such as the Annual 4, Trance Nation 4 etc...), but this CD really does break the mould. This CD unlike all of the others around has 3 CD's packed with TOP tracks, rather than 20 - 25 great tracks and 15 - 35 filler tracks on all of the other classic albums. Advantages: Brilliant diversity, pioneering filtered French electronics
Disadvantages: NOTHING!

This is Daft Punk's first and by far the best album they have released to date. It is by the far the least commercial and most underground release as the newer releases like 'Discovery' tend to go a bit on the poppy side which is expected due to their success. If you like that filtered French house sound this album ticks all the boxes. As well as the distinct sound theres lots of variation with some of the tracks bordering on techno. Favourite Tracks: ...
