Advantages: leaves your hair shiny and revitalised
Disadvantages: not enough in one tube for long hair !!!

This is a wonderful product that is easy to use and great for coloured hair, its straight forward and does wot it says on the bottle, which is always nice!! Its leaves your hair shiny, soft and managble and looking great. The only downfall that i found with this product is that there in not enough in one tube to use on long hair. I tried this because I was spending so much money on the hot oil individual tubes and needed an alternative. I figured that this might be just as good. It turned out to be better though because you can choose exactly how much of the product you use and don't have to use it hot like the tubes. After several trips to my hairdresser where she repeatedly told me I should use a heat spray protector before using straightening irons I finally took her advice and trotted off down to boots to see what I could find.... After browsing the shelves I stumbled upon the VO5 miracle mist which I had remembered seeing an advert for in Heat magazine. It claimed to be great with ceramic irons and also to detangle and add shine to dry or frizzy hair. Well ...

It detangles it which makes it easier to brush and also helps prevent breakage from the efforts of untangling and the heat of straightening irons. I purchased this product recently. I did not see results after the first use, but did after several uses. The smell of the product is not "lovely" but it is not bad either. The texture of the product is interesting. It starts off as a semi-solid, then melts in your hands for simple application. I have thick hair so I needed to repeat a few times for one application.
