This is the best Hair Clipper on the Market!!
Review of Remington SCC100 by
willis1977
Advantages: The professional looking hair cut you get
Disadvantages: none
...when I first used the Remington SCC100 - put simply, it is brilliant!! The finish you get looks like (cliche alert!) you've just stepped out of the hairdressers. Its uncanny how it looks exactly the same as if you'd got it done professionally. The device itself is very easy to use, and fits well in the hand. Its curved design ensures that the cut is level, and you can choose from 5 different settings; 1 being the shortest which just happens to be ... ...go away, but with the Remington SCC100 you can really see what you've cut, which wasn't always the case with my previous clippers. I am truly staggered by its capability - hence why Im writing this review not more than 1 hour from when I first used it! Perhaps when Im brave enough I'll try the clippers without the guard to see if you can get an even shorter cut.
So, if you're in any doubt about buying the Remington SCC100, let me assure you that ...

Review of WAHL homepro 22 piece kit by
weirdstop
Advantages: saves on hairdressing fees
Disadvantages: you have to do it yourself or trust a freind
...I bought an older style WAHL ( the same type as my mum used to trim the dog) and was very happy with it. So when it finally bit the dust I went to get a new one.
Off I popped to Asda and notice a boxed kit for £19.99. A black plastic case contained all the bits and bobs you need. You get several combs grading from 1 to 8 (the longest my old one did was a 4) and a comb for each side of your ears (but they taper to very short so be warned). 4 large ... ...handy, a tapered hand comb and an ordinary hand comb, the obligitory tiny bottle of oil, a brilliant pair of scissors which actually cuts hair ( which I keep well hidden in the box so other people cant use them for wire stripping or other such nonsense!!) and of course the manual and DVD (of which I never read or watch)
The clipper itself is a bit more streamlined than the old one which I was pleased about having very small slightly arthritic hands. ...
