Wella Magic
Review of Wella Viva Hair Streaking Kit by Snuggy99

Advantages: Quick, cheap
Disadvantages: Non

This product is absolutely amazing. Seriously. I've been using it for years now and I get brilliant results every time. I've even started doing it on my friends. The secret is to take your time and wear old clothes. Also, have a window open if possible as the amonia is really strong. I've saved hundreds of pounds by doing my own highlights rather than forking out at a salon. When I first started using it I only left it in for a short time to make ... Read review

not for the black haired beauties
Review of Wella Viva Shaders and Toners by furry199

Advantages: washes out in 2-3 washes, cheap
Disadvantages: does not work for those with very dark hair

As an Asian i have very dark, almost black hair. i tried this product in the mahogany shade because i did not want to dye my hair , i just wanted to see my hair look a different color in sunlight. the first time i tried this product it did not change the color of my hair at all. Luckily i had bought two sachets so i used it again the next day but this time i noticed that it had only slightly added a tint to my hair which can only be seen in sunlight. ... Read review

Bad Hair Disaster
Review of Wella Viva On/Off System by kirstymack80

Advantages: removes hair colour quickly
Disadvantages: none!

I felt that I had to give this product a rating because it's saved my life many a time. Sadly, I'm not sure it's still around. I've found it in a few Superdrugs lately but it's been in the bargain bin at half price! Half my luck - I'd have paid £100 to remove my freaky bright red hair but I only had to pay £2.49! What a bargain. What it does is gently remove your hair colour and return it to a more natural look. The special active ingredient is ...
...In this is an easy click plastic bottle containing 9.5g of remover powder, 90.5 ml remover liquid, 1 Viva remover finishing treatment (10ml), a thermo cap, plastic gloves in a plastic bubble and the instruction leaflet. The bottle has a silver seal at the bottom which you remove. Once this is taken away there is a gap between the 2 bottles, which you then turn in the direction of the arrows until the bottles 'click' together. You then vigorously ... Read review

Review of Wella Viva Revitalising Crème Colourant by belfin

Advantages: great initial colour and hair felt brilliantly conditioned
Disadvantages: found colour faded after a couple of weeks

...although I have tried other Wella products in the past and been happy with them. I went for it quite simply because it was the mahogany brown colour I was looking for and it was on special offer - £3.49 which is pretty cheap compared to the normal £5.99 price. I scooped up the box and raced home with it. My greys were starting to show through and were making me feel old so instant colouring was definately needed. Because of this I always go for a ...
...before I have used other Wella products in the past and they have been fine and as this German based company has been around since the 1880's I would have hoped for better. The company behind Wella these days are the more well known Proctor and Gamble who are the name behind many big brand names such as Fairy, Max Factor, Pampers and even Pringles. They have recently merged with Gillette to add to there ever expanding range. The only up side was ... Read review

VIVA forever.
Review of Wella Viva Colour Mousse by clarky7

Advantages: Amazingly pure colour, that is not permanent
Disadvantages: The gloves are cheap and tear easily

...colour so I opted for Wella viva, I thought it wouldn't work but i was amazingly surprized! The colour even covered up my 6 week old roots! I chose the black mousse shade and it I bought it from superdrug. It was only 2.76 GBP and this I thought was good value. It is a littel more FUN Than other colours becuase the mousse changes colour in your hand and you froth it up on your head! USE THE GLOVES THOUGH!!!! If you have short hair like me this ...
...am always stingy with colours that you dont have to mix up. This is a mousse so no peroxide is used so it is safe to do this! After i had waited around half an hour I rinsed it off and my hair was as shiny and beautifully raven once again. I used it as a refresher of a permanent colour so this product is great for this but it is ok and perfect for "Virgin Hair" Also, Kids it washes out and your school shouldnt have a major fit over it becuase it ...
