Veet In-Shower Hair Removal Cream
Review of Veet In-shower Hair Removal Cream by
bubblegumPOPx
Advantages: Leaves skin silky smooth and hair free
Disadvantages: little bit expensive
Veet In-Shower Hair Removal Cream is great for making you legs silky smooth and unlike many other hair removal creams this one actually works. Veet In-Shower Hair Removal Cream comes with a small exfoliating sponge, soft on one side for applying the cream and rough on the other to remove the cream and hair. For £5.99 you get a 150ml tube which isn't too bad as i find that the cream usually lasts about a week sometimes longer.
You apply the cream ... ...six, then enter the shower. Once in the shower you remove the cream with the rough side of the sponge, rubbing it off in circular motions.
The cream smells gorgeous, i use the one for dry skin which smells of shea butter and lilly petals and it leaves your skin smooth and hair free. ...

Veet In-shower? Really?
Review of Veet In-shower Hair Removal Cream by
elliebizz
Advantages: Does what it says on the box (after alot of effort)
Disadvantages: A lot of hassle and irritates skin.
I recently went on holiday and I did not want the hassle of shaving so I bought 'veet in-shower hair removal cream' and I have to say was slightly disapointed with it. For one it was annoying having to put it on and not get it wet while you are in the shower! As well as this, when using the rough sponge it scraped off my hard earned tan! However it did leave my skin silky soft for longer than when shaving. All in all it was alot of hassle and the ...

Hair Removal! Haha!
Review of Boots Sensitive Hair Removing Cream by
strange227
Advantages: Cheap but...
Disadvantages: not even worth it.
...useless product! As it is boots on brand and didn't exactly cost a bomb I did not expect much as I suppose you get what you pay for but I did expect something that would reflect the 'Hair removal' claim. It also said that it would last 6-10 days which I could only laugh at as it barely lasted 6-10 minutes! Firstly it was dreadful to apply as it was only a sachet and I am not sure if it was just me but it did not even come with the spatula that it ...

Veet hair removal cream - very quick regrowth :(
Review of Veet In-shower Hair Removal Cream by
Allypag
Advantages: Won't cut legs
Disadvantages: Doesn't work
Having tried hair removal creams in the past and always gone back to the razor I thought I'd see if they'd improved at all and this one promised to work wonders. Sadly it didn't.
The rate at which hair grows back after shaving has always been an irritation so I wanted to try something with longer lasting effects but I found that after using this in the morning the hair had reappeared by the end of the day! Something I have never found with shaving.
... ...start of the shower and by the end it will have done its stuff and you remove it with the sponge provided. I found that a lot of the cream had already gone by the time I came to remove it and the rest I tried to scrub off with the little sponge. After some rather painful scrubbing with the abrasive side of the sponge I was left with legs that were silky smooth in places but with no difference in other places - even those that still had the cream ...

Review of Boots Sensitive Hair Removing Cream by
danniell
Advantages: none
Disadvantages: didnt work
Boots hair removing cream is packaged in a cardboard box which has full instructions on it and inside you have a tube containing the cream, It cost me about £2 and as i have used a lot of creams in the past i thought why not.
You are supposed to spread the cream over the area you want the hair removing from in a even layer, not too thick but not too thin, about 1.5 cm thick will do nicely, i didnt try too hard to get the cream even and smooth as ... ...a good coverage of it all over my legs.
You have to leave it on for 5 minutes according to the box, i used the sensative cream as my skin is very sensative, a bit like me.
After 5 minutes i removed a small area of the cream to make certain that it had worked, no it hadnt, my hairs were still there.
This is the problem i have you see, my hair is quite thick and corce so is stubborn to remove but i have to be careful what i do as my skin is sensative ...
