Panasonic sc pt450 WOW WOW WOW
Review of Panasonic SC PT450 by liamwhitney

Advantages: Superior power (1000watts), stylish, HDMI upscaling, AV inputs
Disadvantages: None

...decided to go for the Panasonic to my delight I rushed home to try it out and I was disapointed with my choice as I had to return it the next day due to it being faulty. I was discouraged from getting the same model, however after speaking to a member of staff in curry's he played all the systems I was interested in and to say the least the Panasonic stood out imensly. The sound quality was by far superior to all the rest in this price bracket even ...
...600 so on power the panasonic by far The very helpful man in currys played a dvd through them all and again the Panasonic stood out for the sharpest picture through the impressive 1080i HDMI upscaling feature, this system also has av inputs so you can watch your Sky/Virgin tv and play the sound in Surround sound even the Sony doesnt do this, the phillips does BUT can you really sacrafice a massive 400watt power loss by not having the panasonic This ... HOME CINEMA AT ITS BEST
Review of Panasonic SC-MT 1 by PJAYS

Advantages: BRINGS FILMS TO LIFE
Disadvantages: SUB-WOOFER LOOKS BULKY IN FRONT OF TELEVISION

I have just purchased the Panasonic SCMT1, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to be `in` the film as well as watching it!, it is that good. The first film I put in was Bad Boys 2, and the bullets were whistling around my living room so much, I kept ducking and diving!. I can not tell you if this system is any better than any other make. The one thing I can say is “You will not be disappointed” Just to show you how good it is, I put the ...
...AM/FM radio. I purchased this Panasonic on the Web, after doing a lot of research , both for `quality` and of course price. I always consult `PRICERUNNER.COM`, before I buy anything. They are not always up to spec, but they are never far out. The best deal at the time was from ¬TECHTRONICS`, AN INTERNET BASED ELECTRONICS COMPANY, and I paid an extra £20 to have it adjusted to play `MULTI-REGION DVD’S, which really recommend to anyone, especially ... A flawed offering!
Review of Philips HTS 6510 by databust

Advantages: Doesn't require separate rear speakers for surround sound.
Disadvantages: No optical sound input. Booming base speaker that can't be toned down.

...digital surround sound through the Philips system Philips system. The instruction manual repeatedly implies that the scart socket can be used to input a Dolby Digital surround signal, but this is totally incorrect and misleading, and frankly makes you wonder if anyone at Philips knows what they're talking about. This is a digrace, and many purchasers may be greatly confused by this nonsense. FM radio reception and playback is very weak and noisy, ...
...way of doing it. The Philips software intercepts the signal, and in my hands at least, insists on displaying it at low res. Very frustrating! I've always been a fan of Philips products in the past, but sadly this half-baked offering has made me change my mind. Incidentally, I see tat this product is no longer listed on the Philips website - less than a year after I purchased it. I presume this means that it has been deservedly discontinued. ... Bose 321 GS
Review of Bose 321 GS by walshy747

Advantages: Sleek Elegant Design, Top quality sound, Includes DVD and Radio into one compact box.
Disadvantages: You can get distorted sound on the radio.

The Bose 321 Gs is a stunning product. Just at a glance the sleek design of the product hits you straight in the face and pulls you in. The design and the colors are just beautiful and just screams to you buy me. If you like the smooth elegant design then this is indefinably the product for you. The actually product also follows on from the excellent design work. The product consists of 2 speakers and a Subwoofer. It also has a DVD player and a ...
...lack of wires. The bose system consists of only 3 wires connecting the system together and your ready to go. Overall although bose is either a love or hate product i can defiantly say that maybe the price is a bit to expensive but i do recommend this product. ... Read review

Good sorround system for cheap proce
Review of Philips HTS 3357 by maximaracer_95

Advantages: Uses pro logic surround, user freindly
Disadvantages: weak sub woofer.

Its perfect for an apartment type housing. Personaly i thnk the sub woofer is a little weak. The DVD player plays just about all the formats such as SVCD, MPEG, AVI and DIVX. One of the cool feature it had is the Ipod dock system. You can listen to your ipod and even watch movies from it, if you have a video Ipod. Just connect the AV connection to the dock and ready to watch. It will work with any type of Ipode or even Zune because it had the adapters ... Read review
