Advantages: Good sound, cheap to buy

Got this product as a christmas present back last year, within 9 months of buying it two of the speakers have blown. replaced the main two front speakers with two 750watt awia speakers and they run purrfic. now the system has more depth and volume. the dvd player's 5.1 output is very quiet but we use the 2channel output (headphone socket in TV) and use the surround boost on the unit and it works brilliant. i would recommend this and then change ... ...and feel, the retro feel Panasonic PT-150 is a sure winner with me. Reason for purchase. Advantages: Multi featured CD, DVD, USB, MP3 TV SURROUND SOUND
Disadvantages: Not wireless!

This is an amazing bargain. I was replacing an old hifi but thought I would get a surround sound system. Not only does it play cd's and dvd's but will play from an MP3 player or a memory card (using a reader) via usb or from a headphone socket on an MP3 player.
