Great voices!
Review of Funky Divas - En Vogue by michellej

Advantages: Triffic Album!
Disadvantages: none

Funky Divas! That’s what they are! En Vogue have been around for a little while. I have their Funky Divas CD, it’s great. These women have such brilliant voices, just like the expression ‘to sing like the birds’, these gals can do it better! With songs like ‘Giving him something he can feel’, and their ‘Whatta-man’ with Salt ‘n’ Pepa are such brilliant songs! Others have tried to follow in their footsteps but haven’t quite succeeded in my opinion. ... Read review

Chamillitary Mayne
Review of Ultimate Victory - Chamillionaire by XICripZ

Advantages: 100% Profanity-free
Disadvantages: All very similar

...10. "The Ultimate Vacation" **Three Stars** This is a smooth tune, and gets you into the feel of a holiday, with no worries, commitments, just pure pleasure. It has a Reggaeton feel, although it's not too prominent, it's more subtle than this. This Latin influence allows you to get into the correct atmosphere. Cham basically says how he's enjoying life with so much money, as he's on can go wherever he wants, go and see each culture in turn. He ...
...money. 19. "The Ultimate Victory" **Three Stars** This track brings you up a lot from the last track. The beginning gets you down a bit though as he calls out the names of various artists who have passed, Eazy E, Left Eye and 2Pac are included. As its the album title as well, it should have a lot of appeal, but i felt that it didn't have that much power in it to be a prominent track in the LP. I feel that because it's an outro, it shouldn't really ... Read review

2Pacalypse When
Review of 2pacalypse Now [PA] - 2Pac by D.J.Parka

Advantages: Tupak is awsome
Disadvantages: A bit strage for Tupac

This album hasn’t really grown on me as well as some of his other albums. Don’t get me wrong, its not that I didn’t like it its just quite different to the usual 2Pac stuff. I’ve had the album for about 4 years now and I bet I’ve not listened to it more than 20 times. The best song on it is “Brenda’s got a baby”. Which is the tenth song on the album. If you have the album yourself you will defiantly ... Read review

Good Album, although a bit 'fluffy'
Review of Imagine - Armin Van Buuren by sm276

Advantages: Very good flow, some top tracks
Disadvantages: Very vocal (Even for Armin)

...off with the title track Imagine and going into 'Going Wrong' which is going to be massive this summer, all the way through the the beautiful 'Intricacy' at the end. It is a big shame that 'If You Should Go' IMO the best track he has produced since Shivers is not on the album. This is a suprise as Armin started playing the track around the same time he started promoting the album. The only other detremental thing I would say about the album is ... Read review

Da King Back... Go Git It Tip
Review of King [PA] - T.I. by XICripZ

Advantages: A few bangers
Disadvantages: No change from earlier albums

...the first week. 1. King Back This is an amazing start to the album, and the perfect way to begin an album for T.I.. Although "Urban Legend" began in a similar way, you feel as though T.I. is more qualified to identify himself as the 'King of the South', and this great production behind him, you don't want to argue this claim by him. Just Blaze's beat opens it up in a relavent way to suit his status in the South with applause and horns before he ...
...**Five Stars** 2. Front Back (feat. UGK) This is one of my favourites tracks by T.I. due to all of the elements which make it work. The foundations of it are that it samples a Dirty South classic jam by UGK called "Front, Back, Side To Side", and features the original artists as they gained mainstream fame with re-written verses. It is such a big collaboration for the artists, and acts as the biggest one which he as done to date, as previous relaes ... Read review
