Mixed performance from Magimix
Advantages: Homemade ice cream is much tastier (and additive free!) than many commercial ice creams.
Disadvantages: Getting the bowl at the right temperature is fiddly.
The Magimix Le Glacier 1.1 will easily produce delicious ice cream, though not especially quickly! The bowl must be frozen (in the household freezer) for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight. However, I have found that it is possible to use the bowl, ...
