an iron not a fashion item
Review of Morphy Richards 40710 Comfi-GRIP by sailermoon

Advantages: looks great
Disadvantages: could leak, feels bulky, health hazard

unfortunately i would not recommend this product I bought this as i felt it looked like a sturdy item, it appeared value for money and would steam all creases out How wrong was I To start with I found even the hottest setting would not iron out my creases, although the steam and water button did do the job i found shortly after buying the product water began to leak from the opening at the top. This meant having to refill the iron more often and ...
...to get the creases out it took twice as long to iron garments Granted the exercise of walking to and from the kitchen more often was great on my health but i wanted an iron not an exercise regime Also the water that leaks can also be hot and i burned my hand several times The handle is as stated comfy and i have the purple version which looks very funky but as a practical tool and not a fashion item I’d say stay away personally I found it quite ... MORPHY RICHARDS 40725 IRON - HOT DEAL
Review of Morphy Richards 40725 by traveller10

Advantages: The easyGlide Stainless Steel Soleplate
Disadvantages: Corded

Hi there, thank you for viewing my review and I do hope you find this helpful. I would be really grateful if you would give this review a rating at the end and would love to recieve any comments you have. Ok then, we're off ......... **********COST********** This iron cost £49.00 which to be honest I think is a reasonable enogh price for a decent iron. I have found in my experience that you definately get what you pay for in irons. *************FEATURES************ ...
...design of the steam/heat dial which is easy to get too and quite innovative as it is not positioned under the handle. The EasiGlide stainless steel soleplate is super and it does cover a large surface area (any old reason to cut down on ironing time is good to me !!!). It definately lives up to its name "EasyGlide", as that is exactly what it is. I couldn't believe the easy of pushing the iron around. I also do like the handle. It is a very comfortable ... My purple iron
Review of Tefal FV5260 by rockchick080

Advantages: Quick and easy to use
Disadvantages: Could perform just as well if it was slightly smaller

This iron is used in my family house hold and was bought by my mother. Since movin out recently i also choose to buy it myself. I was plesently suprised to see that the price was low for this high performanced iron. I'd recommend this iron to everyone because if it is good enough for my clean freak OCD riddin mother then it is good enough for anyone. I find that it is fast and easy to use. I would suggest this especially for students as it is very ... Read review

the steamer of irons
Review of Morphy Richards 40730 by minibus10

Advantages: Turns off automatically if left
Disadvantages: Difficult to fill

My iron is the Morphy Richards Precise Steam Plus and it really is,a constant 40 grams of steam with a shot button of 80 grams really makes ironing those jeans a breeze.I have a lot of ironing with 7 people in my family, I need an iron I feel comfortable with and also quick and easy to use. I first bought this iron 18 months ago but accidently knocked it off the kitchen cupboard and broke the soleplate I liked this iron so much I went to Argos the ...
...pleasantly surprised to find it was on offer in the sale at a price of £24.99p.The safety switch-off system is a real bonus,if left unused it switches off automatically very handy if the phone rings etc,it has an anti scale system a must for me as I live in a hard water area and this prolongs the life of the iron, the handle is comfortable being the ergonomically designed Comfigrip handle and the Ceramic coated soleplate ensures the iron glides over ... Kettle
Review of Kenwood ST 060 by blingbruno

Advantages: It boils water
Disadvantages: It doesnt if not told to

The Philips GC 4340 is a precise steam iron which has a special tip so ironing is made easier for those hard to reach places on some garments. I have used the iron a few times and can say that its quite easy to use compared to the iron we had before this one. I'm comparing it on the basis that the iron we had before had a load of different setting for ironing which I found very confusing. The GC 4340 is a solid iron, black and grey in colour. Not ...
...I've only seen this colour. The grip it has is comfortable and isn't too heavy. I think it's a good design for a iron and has a sole ceramic plate so isn't sticky at all, glides very easily when in use. It also has a bright blue LED when its active glowing in the same area were the water in deposited. The functions of the iron are very simple to use and has a built in anti scale system One of the main features of the iron is that it can do a excellent ... Read review
