Advantages: 17" Screen, Awesome Specs and a built in webcam
Disadvantages: Too much bundled software and it's also quite heavy.

This laptop can have an immensive amount of RAM and Hard Drive put in to it and you can also change colour and pattern to severel differant ones. When looking for a relatively cheap but well-designed laptop, acer's travelmate series were a particular interest. Suitably powerful for multimedia applications, and generally well-equipped, with an integrated webcam, microphone and a separate graphics card. I have experienced issues from new with the battery connection, and the seller - Kikatek, were very unhelpful. As well as not having a phone line at all - communication must take place by email - they were very unwilling to accept that the model had any fault at all...
