HP Pavilion HDX is made to be on the desk at home rather than have it on your legs because of its weight. It is really crowded by high-tech features. This device is great entertaiment centre for your home, but on teh other hand the display has not the full esolution of HD DVD - 1080p. ...The highest measure of closed HDX is 4826mm and it weights nice 16 pounds without adapter:) It is the heaviest laptop i have ever seen. So i think it is possible to transfer it between rooms or take it to your holiday with car but not to travel with it by public transport every day. This laptop can have an immensive amount of RAM and Hard Drive put in to it and you can also change colour and pattern to severel differant ones. I have experienced issues from new with the battery connection, and the seller - Kikatek, were very unhelpful. As well as not having a phone line at all - communication must take place by email - they were very unwilling to accept that the model had any fault at all...
