I have recently brought this model, and have found it to be fast reliable and capable. the mouse pad is a little sensative for my liking and sends you mad at times, so i would strongly reccomend using a wired usb mouse. Much more controlable. ...hrs of real use. The Acer software seems easy to use and useful. I read in a review that the keyboard area looks like a kids toy, I think that's a bit harsh but i can see what they mean. Funny to think a few years ago you'd struggle to get a laptop with a screen bigger than 14", and now you pay a premium to get one with a screen smaller than 14"! INTRO I purchased the Acer Aspire 5520G laptop from Tesco Direct for the cost of £499, about 3 months ago. I purchased the laptop as my third laptop after two very unsuccessful Gateway Laptops earlier in 2007. These two laptops were both around £100 cheaper and as it was nearly a year ago neither of them was as high a spec as this one, which is currently around the highest spec laptop I have seen under £700, even though it cost much less than that! ...
