How do Dell keep doing this, another amazing laptop for people like me to enjoy. This laptop can have an immensive amount of RAM and Hard Drive put in to it and you can also change colour and pattern to severel differant ones. Has a security fingerprint check to get in the laptop or/and in laptop files. Now that is technology so if any one steals it they wont be able to get on it! ...on the market - the Dell 1520/1525/1720 range are cheaper but don't look quite as good - though I'm sure they would have done a pretty good job too! Advantages: Speed, screen (1920x1200), takes 2 hard disks, solid build, looks, support.
Disadvantages: Sound, touchpad, weight.

This is a great laptop let down by a couple of things which could easily be remedied by Dell. Pros: Very fast with a great screen (I have a 2.5GHz Core 2 Duo with the 1920x1200 Ultrasharp screen option). Supports 2 hard disks. Looks good and feels as solid as a rock. Excellent full keyboard. Cons: Big and heavy - not really for carrying around. Sound - only one speaker so no stereo, and sound comes from underneath to the side, so sounds distant ...
...There is loads of room to make this much larger. As it is, I find I am constantly having problems with it as I am inadvertently hitting the 'scrolling' areas and the mouse stops responding as I am expecting it to. This is the worst touchpad I have used, but only because its usable area is so small.
